How to replace a samsung frontier s3 frount wheel

I've had my s3 for a while now and have noticed scratches on it so I was looking to replace it (https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F332206725598) how would I go about removing the current wheel and attaching the new one?

On service center they only replace the bezel + display...
