This actually depends on what type of event you are going to.

Since your piece has a bold color, you can pair it with almost any color of accessories depending on the motif or the place u are going.

I would say something silver. Short necklace with a matching bracelet. A thin necklace would look really nice with this especially this is a v neck style dress

I'm probably repeating much of what's already been suggested however: the skirt material is pretty dark and could benefit from being offset by a lighter/shinier accessory such as a silver clutch or even a belt (depending on the event).



You could go for silver heels too but I think maybe a light blue shoe (heel or flat) would have better impact.



Re. hair: in my opinion, it should be up and off the shoulders to create the best silhouette and show off the prettiness of the dress.
