it is hard to find this blue porcelain vase in the Europe thats why you have to contact some porcelain vase makers. the link below will redirect you to the Chinese suppliers who can make this.
It seems as locally made, but it could even be massively produced chinese, not very sure about it's quality. It reminds me a lot of some 0. 99 shops' products (it costs definetely more than a euro), but anyway, I would expect similar products in home design shops, maybe second hand shops. I should add that the color, turqoise, on ceramics is quite popular in eastern mediterranean, turkey, persia, and also china. For some reasons, I have related some religious, asian practices with such stuff, like incense oil burners, little buddhas etc. Anyway, I googled "turquoise vase" in Images an found similar to the one you posted. I insist though to try a couple of places physically, either second hand shops or antiquairies or home supplies stores and afterwards turn to the online purchace. And just so you can't say I didn't suggest something "european" , pay a visit to the pottery section to www.ebay.co.uk
I guessed you found this porcelain vase somewhere and took the picture, i think the best thing for you to do is to make inquiries about where to get it, from the place or household you saw it. Thanks.
