Moto G 3rd is a great phone. With decent camera, almost stock android which makes system smooth to run and much more. 8 gb variant is just below 100 on amazon uk and it is sim-free. I have used this phone in past and I can say it is awesome. It took me 15 months to break its screen and it was still functional, fell in my bath tub once and still functional, these moto mobiles seriously good stuff. I would recommend this mobile any day of the year for a tight budget. I would also recommened you buy a 5 pound 16 gb micro sd card to go with it so you won't run out of storage easily. For cyanogen I usually go with google stuff like the nexus or HTC as there usually the very first to get cyanogend, can even pick up the HTC desires off aliexpress to (it like Chinese eBay, in English much cheaper and better in ever way)

Nexus is probably the best phone in general for rooting and theyre not to expensive so just go to ebay or some phone trading website

The best phone you can get for the money in my opinion is the Motorola moto G3. It has a Great camera, good for simple things like internet, texting, calling etc and some more demanding things like playing light games. CyanogenMod can be easily installed too. They are over your budget by £20 but definitely worth it

what you need is a yu televentures phone or oneplus if you want it to be preinstalled but if you have enough knowledge on rooting and flashing custom roms you can certainly bur any smartphone in your range , just make sure the phone has a snapdragon processor as it supports the cyanogen mod roms.
