Similar ones are available for around $300, but the picture is a bit shaken so I can't tell if the dots around the watch sphere itself are grains or jewels. Depending on that you may be able to get substantially more.
Found a similar one but it's not that one so I thought maybe you can estimate the price from here..

If we take a look at the picture and keep the past history in the foreground, is it silver? white gold? I couldn't decide, there are grinding, if we keep it in the foreground in fine workmanship, it seems to be in the $ 5000 band, it's more possible
HI ther, Kiwi. You have a beautiful antique there. Although I cannot read any of the script on it or the security clip it definitely predating the 1970's in style and watch case. The Seiko company started in 1891 so this may be from between 1931 to the 1950's. On that premise, a Ladies' watch of that caliber if it is just marcasite and 'goldclad' or 'goldfilled' which is an older form of goldplating it is not so valuable as platinum or the 18k gold a signature piece should be. So the former may range from $500., and the latter from $1000 to $3000, at the present. The more luxuriant Grand Seiko may go higher but I am not able at this time to undertake this great hunt.😷 Sorry.
So if you're looking for stylish watches to match your fashion, Guess watches may be worth considering. If you are looking for a quality timepiece made by a reputable watchmaker we suggest you look elsewhere.
According to my research, one similar to this had a brand new tag for $275 new and selling for $190 used on ebay. It is the closest in appearance and features I found. If you have a closer shot of the front and back of it, I may be able to pin point and see if this is correct.
Here is a more modern version of this watch still ranging in the $275 I mentioned earlier https://www.google.com/shopping/product/9785822590613144100?q=seiko+50th+anniversary+wrist+watch+bracelet+silver+heart+for+women&bih=975&biw=1199&rlz=1C5CHFA_enUS503US505&hl=en&prds=eto:10001632047904734142_0&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiLxIT1ou7uAhXBHc0KHdmQA_YQvxMIrAsoAA
I believe $275 is the price for it new. And there is another more similar one on ebay for the same price tag as new and $190 as used as mentioned before.
Need to examine more pictures, and see if it is branded or not, and genuine what type of movement(japanese, swiss etc.) then it will be easier to predict the price.
It is hard to pin point an exact figure looking at the photo. It could be real silver with real stones embedded so it is better to check in with a local pawn shop
