Give it another 10 years and it will be revalued as an antique. Only after 50 years would it be valued as an antique in the States, although anywhere else it should be valued as an antique after 100 years.

In the USA it would be considered 'vintage' although it would be used, it is well-kept and as an evening bag it could sell on a website such as Realreal for approximately $80 to $95. That also depends on the designer/maker.
