You have to press Enter when the Lenovo splash screen appears. It's tricky -- the timing has to be just right. Keep trying!

The latest Microsoft logo requirements dictate how long BIOS can pause waiting for you to press Enter/F1 (or not). As you noticed, the window of time is small. Although you should be able to reboot and then immediately start mashing the F1 key to get in.

«Ctrl+Alt+Esc», «Ctrl+Alt+S» or «Ctrl+Alt+Ins».

Try holding SHIFT while selecting Shut Down.

While it is booting up and on the splash for the motherboard repeatedly press delete, it might be marked del on your laptop, if it doesn't work try again, once you get into the bios then just change what you want to change.
