Danger on impermanent loss are:-
A recent study on impermanent loss conducted by crypto consultancy Topaze Blue found that around 50% of users staking their tokens in Uniswap V3 are suffering negative returns. In certain pools, the percentage of users who lost more from IL than they gained in trading fees was as high as 70-75%.
Kraken is a popular American crypto exchange that was founded in 2011. It's now used worldwide for buying, selling, and trading a variety of different cryptocurrencies. On top of this, Kraken offers users the ability to stake several coins, including Tezos.
for staking there are many good sites like Kraken, Gemeni, Crypto.com. Although i am not its biggest fan there is also binance. I personally use Atomic wallet to stake and I import that wallet to trust wallet to manage funds. Reason I chose atomic wallet is they have AWC token which is not that much in supply and can stake for a beautiful 23% APY and its not a crazy coin like others (doesnt jump and dump as much) Atomic wallet also has various currencies to stake like tezos, Algorand, ADA etc etc...
I think you should be really careful about this and conduct you research very well before trying any platform, but for now I can recommend kraken, binance and crypto.com at least this three I have tried
