To better understand what staking is, you first need to understand how Proof of Stake (PoS) works. PoS is a consensus mechanism that allows blockchains to be more energy efficient while maintaining (at least in theory) a reasonable level of decentralization.
It is the mechanism that allows transactions to be collected into blocks. These blocks are then linked together to form the blockchain. More specifically, miners compete to solve a complex mathematical puzzle, and whoever solves it first gets the right to add the next block to the blockchain.

I use Everstake on Trust Wallet for 5.59% APR , Texos staking on trust wallet says “~7-~6% . But when you look at the list of options, Everstake seems to be the best option at the moment. At least on Trust Wallet.
Trust Wallet offers really great staking for Kava though (~11%) , Kava is my favorite staking asset next to Pancakeswap tbh
